What is included in your service:

	Water change.
	Gravel Vacuum (freshwater).
	Water quality tests, as needed.
	Clean aquarium glass inside and out.
	Add needed Chemicals and Salts (additional fees may apply).
	Service pumps and filters.
	Inspection of livestock for disease, or any complications.
	Arrange decor to your tastes and create a comfortable habitat.
	Quarterly complete redecorating service available (freshwater and fish-only salt systems).
	Replace Carbon media as needed (additional fees may apply).
	Replace filter medias (pads/filter sleeves/media bags) - additional fees may apply.
	Expert advice for the day to day care of your investment.

Invoicing

Monthly service fee includes the service only. Food, fish, medication, premixed RO/DI Saltwater, equipment and dry goods are itemized on your monthly invoice and sold separately.

Invoices are sent out on the 1st of the month for service received for that month. Dry goods and foods delivered the previous month are billed on the next invoice. Some long term customers elect to prepay for a years service in advance and for that we offer a 10% discount off the service charge only. We ask that you do not make payment to your service technician as this causes delays in applying your payment.
